How We Can Help

A Postpartum Nanny specialises in helping your family settle into life with a new baby. Whether you are first time parents or expanding your family, we am here to help you navigate this new stage of life with the support you need.

Infant Care Support

Developing & recording baby's schedule; bathing baby; breast & bottle feeding support; nappy changes; safe sleep practices; infant massage; swaddling techniques; umbilical stump care; calming a fussy baby; coping with colic & reflux; safe car seat/capsule use.

Postpartum Doula

In home support from birth to 12 weeks of age; Birth recovery support for both surgical and non surgical births; providing rest time for parents; tracking parents emotional and physical wellbeing; scheduling postnatal appointments for parents and baby; Care for baby so parents can have some baby free time; Overnight stays when needed.

Home & Family Management 

Running errands; laundry wash and fold; general cleaning; sterilising baby items, help with older children such as making school lunches and babysitting, calendar and appointment management for the family.

Meal Planning & Preparation

Cooking fresh and nutritious family meals; a weekly meal menu; meal prep and freezing; snacks for breastfeeding support; grocery shopping.

Pre Birth Preparation

This is an extra service available to help you prepare to bring baby home. It can be overwhelming when looking at all of the different baby products available and wondering what you actually need. I can help advise on purchase nursery items, baby clothing, nappies and wipes; help organise your nursery and put together nursery furniture; make sure pram and car seat are ready and teach you how to use them; cook freezer meals for the family; help pack your hospital bag; babysit older children so you can get some much needed rest or attend appointments.
